Takt time is the rate at which parts or products must be produced in order to meet customer demand. In Addition, this tool calculate desired skills for a team or project. It visualizes the required and available skills and competencies in a team. This makes it an essential tool for any data-driven HR professional. It also calculates the standard time required by an average skilled operator, working at a normal pace, to perform a specified task using a prescribed method.
